1. Can I make changes to my order?

If the order is yet to be dispatched, you can make changes to your order. If your order has however already been dispatched, please call us at 02295 0780 or email service@daksthailand.com


2. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations can be made from the order date up to 14 calendar days after receiving your items. Returns must comply with the DAKS Online Return Policy.

3. How can I track my order? 

  • Visit the "My Orders" section within your DAKS account.
  • Clicking the tracking URL will lead you to track your order.

4. What are the shipping times and costs?

We are pleased to offer standard delivery to customers across Thailand. Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders of 3,000 THB or more. For orders below 3,000 THB, a shipping fee of 150 THB will apply per delivery.

5. Do you ship internationally?

EN: Currently, we only provide domestic shipping and do not offer international delivery services.

6. My order never got to me what do I do?

We always do our utmost to ensure that this doesn't happen, but if you have not received your order in a timely manner, please contact us at 02295 0780 or email service@daksthailand.com


7. How do I make a return/exchange?

We apologize that we currently do not offer an exchange service. However, you may return your items by following these simple steps:
Please contact us at 02-295-0780 or email service@daksthailand.com to arrange a home collection. Please note the following conditions:

  • For orders under THB 3,000: The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Faulty or Manufacturing Defects: DAKS will bear the full cost of the return shipment.

8. I recently placed an order before your sale, will you honor the sale prices?

Unfortunately, if the order was placed before the sale date, the product/s will still be charged at full price.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Thai QR Code, UnionPay, JCB, E-Wallet (ShopeePay, TrueMoney), and installment options available through participating banks.
